All Falkridge products are strictly inspected and tested to ensure product quality and compliance before leaving the factory. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your Falkridge gear, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it at support@falkridge.com. We will arrange a free return for a replacement product or issue a full refund. The choice is yours.
Every Falkridge product is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as the consumer owns the product. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, environmental factors, accidental damage, or misuse. At Falkridge’s discretion, a defective product will be repaired or replaced.

Falkridge’s warranty only applies to Falkridge product purchased directly from Falkridge or from an authorized Falkridge vendor. We regretfully will not be able to provide any warranty for products sold by any other unauthorized sources or third-party resellers. Proof of purchase will be required to obtain warranty support.
